Description
The Diversity Dialogues Training for Managers is a fast-paced, highly interactive workshop with small
and large group discussion, case studies, assessments, exercises, and mini-presentations. It consists of
five two-hour modules that can be delivered separately or in combination and which can be customized
to meet unique organizational needs and requirements. The workshop, delivered by expert external
facilitators or your organization’s internal staff, can be utilized as a stand-alone learning experience for
managers or an organizational intervention that builds action at the supervisory and middle management
levels and identifies systemic issues for resolution at a leadership level.
Through the training managers will learn what is needed to:
- Leverage across all differences that are critical to business success to create competitive market advantage;
- Create competitive talent advantage in attracting, retaining, promoting, and motivating women and members of historically under-represented and excluded groups;
- Establish a work environment that understands and reduces unintended bias, privilege, and microinequities at the same time that it is positive and increases meritocracy, inclusion and collaboration.
